Reporting Alleged Infringement
If you believe that content on AfterDarkFling.com infringes a copyright you own or control, please email a written notice to info@afterdarkfling.com with the subject line “DMCA Notice,” including the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- Identification of the material you claim is infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it (for example, the page URL).
- Your contact information, including name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
Our Response
On receiving a valid notice, we will review it and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the material in question. We may also notify the person who posted the material, where applicable.
Counter-Notice
If you believe your material was removed in error, you may email a counter-notice to info@afterdarkfling.com that includes your signature, identification of the removed material and its previous location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification, and your contact information and consent to jurisdiction as required by law.
Repeat Infringers
We may, in appropriate circumstances, remove links to or decline to work with parties who repeatedly infringe copyright.
